- Walk-in to Guest Services on Terry Peak. Guest Services is open on the same days as the ski area.

- Drop-off Boxes at Peak Sports, in Rapid City, and three Edge Sports locations (Lead, Spearfish and Rapid City). Drop-off your season pass application with payment. Applications are available at each shop. Applications are invalid if dropped off without a form of payment. Last day to drop-off is October 31, 2008.
Pass Photos
New photos are required for passholders age 17 and under. Passholders age 18 and up do not require new pass photos. All photos will be taken at the Season Pass/Guest Service office at Stewart Lodge on Terry Peak. Guest Service office hours are 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week, from October 1 thru October 31. Come on up, check out the Fall colors and go home with your pass in-hand.
Season Pass Insurance
If you are unable to use your season pass for at least 30 consecutive days during the season due to unforeseen injury or illness, this benefit will reimburse you for the value of your unused pass on a pro-rated basis. Adults (13-69) $32.00(add to pass price)
Juniors (6-12) $17.50(add to pass price)
Why You Should Insure Your Season Pass
- No Refunds for unused passes.
- Emergency and accident insurance included.
- Homeowner's or other insurance does not provide this coverage.
- Just like equipment, your pass is an investment worth covering.
Liability Release Form
A Parent or Guardian must sign for those ages 17 and under. Passholders 18 and up can sign for themselves.
Please remember, we need a completed 2008-2009 liability release form for every pass holder before we can issue the pass. Printable Liability Form. Fax the signed form to 605-584-1025.

- NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE - No Exceptions!
- $10.00 DAY TICKET FEE FOR FORGOTTEN PASS - Identification required.
- $50.OO REPLACEMENT FEE FOR LOST PASS - Any abuse of this policy may result in suspension of pass.
- Fraudulent pass users will be prosecuted and result in loss of pass indefinitely.
- Please allow online orders 48 hrs. to process before picking up your pass at Guest Services.
