Biking

The Terry Peak Down Hill Festival is a series of four (4) Saturday rides, and the final race weekend in September.  The first Saturday is scheduled for May 21 with an weather condition alternative date of June 4.   Then Saturday, June 25, July 23, and August 20 are the ride days.   On these Saturdays enjoy fun rides from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Twilight riding from 4:00 PM to 7:00 will also be available.  Practice up for race day on the designated downhill trails.  Bike Lift Tickets are $30 per day or take advantage of the Summer Season Bike Lift Pass for $150 (Good for 6 scheduled ride days only, trails closed during races).   

Also offering rides to the general public for sightseeing.  Without a bike it is $5 per ride or $10 for all day.  Twilight rides from 4:00 to 7:00 are $10.  At each event pitch a tent or bring your camper and camp out at Nevada Gulch at no charge!  Food and beverage will be available at the Dark Horse so don’t miss all the fun!

The Final Race event weekend will be held September 10 & 11.  Registration is both mornings at Nevada Gulch from 8:00 to 10AM.  All participants must sign an Event Release Form.  

The race divisions are:

Pro Downhill - $25
Non-Pro Downhill - $10
Women Downhill $10
Super D $10
Jr. Division, 18 years and under.

$250 Grand Prize for Pro Divisions.  Other prizes provided by our great sponsors.

The final race weekend enjoy music for a great après’ ride.  Food and beverage will be available at the Dark Horse, bring your sleeping bag and sleep under the starts at Nevada Gulch, camping no charge!
