Lessons

A lesson can make learning to ski or snowboard fun. Novices find that taking a lesson levels the learning curve substantially, and makes the slopes more enjoyable.

Through the teaching of proper technique, our qualified professionals can speed up your learning and improve the skiing and snowboarding experience for any age or level of skier or snowboarder.       

 

Kids’ Skiing & Snowboarding Lessons - Daily & Weekly

Sno Puppies (ages 4-5)
1/2 Day and Full Day Sessions. Limited availability.
   
Sno Tigers (ages 6-12)
Sno Tiger Group Lessons are available daily; Friday, Saturday & Sunday both morning and afternoon sessions are readily available, Monday though Thursday, afternoon sessions are readily available, morning sessions may be available, please inquire at the Ski School desk. 
 
Kids Klub 1-2-3 (ages 6-12)
This is a consecutive three-week program designed to develop skills for kids in progression. Our Teaching Professionals will show your kids how to ski and snowboard in a fun and safe environment. Each session consists of three Sunday afternoon lessons.

Adult Lessons
Learn to Ski / Learn to Snowboard Group Lessons (ages 13 & up, first-timers only)
This package is available seven days a week, based on instuctor avaliability.  Lessons at 10am & 1pm daily. 

Mountain Challenge Group Lessons (ages 13 & up, experienced skiers & riders)     
This package is available seven days a week, based on instuctor avaliability.  Lessons at 10am & 1pm daily. 

Ladies Only Group (ages 21 & up, ask about snowboard lessons)
Six-week program developed and taught by women for women. A special social lunch is included and discounted Puppies lessons  are available for 4 & 5 year old. 

Private Lessons (ages 3 & up)
Private lessons are offered by the hour, and will provide a one-on-one learning experience. 
Semi-private lessons are also available at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, & 3:00 pm daily.  

Other Lesson Information:

• Lesson reservations are available for Kids Klub 1,2 & 3, Ladies Day, Private and Semi-Private ONLY.  And Sno Puppies with the exception of holidays; ( Dec. 24 - Jan. 2, Jan. 15-17, Feb. 18-21).
• All lessons and registration begins at Stewart Lodge Base Area
• Ski Lessons are available for ages 4+ and Snowboard Lessons are available for ages 7+
• Ski lessons for ages 2 and 3 must be a private (one-on-one) lesson
• Snowboard lessons for ages 6 and under must be private (one-on-one) lesson
• Please arrive one hour ahead of your scheduled lesson time
• Private lessons and a la carte group lesson prices do not include equipment rental or lift tickets
• For Sno Tigers – only half-day afternoon lessons are available Monday-Thursday, as instructors are booked with school groups in the mornings
• All sessions are available during Christmas Break
