Sno Tigers

Terry Peak Ski Area offers skiing lessons for 6-12 year olds – an age group we call our “Sno Tigers”.

All inclusive (rentals-tickets-lesson) packages are available at the Ski School only.  For your convenience you can purchase all lesson packages plus Ala cart tickets & rentals for your entire group at the Ski School.

Green Package

Half Day (10am – 12pm & 1pm – 3pm) = $45 (Registration opens at 8am)
Includes 2 Hour Group Lesson, plus Equipment Rental, and Novice Area Lift Ticket (good for the day).
*If your child wishes to leave the novice area after the lesson is over, you can upgrade his or her ticket to All Area for only $15!
*If you decide your child needs futher instruction, uprade to include the afternoon session for an additional $20. 

Blue Package

Half Day (10am – 12pm or 1pm – 3pm) = $60 (Registration opens at 8am)
Includes 2 Hour Group Lesson, plus Equipment Rental, and All Area Lift Ticket (good for the day).
Available to first-timers AND experienced skiers/riders
*If you decide your child needs futher instruction, uprade to include the afternoon session for an additional $20. 

Full Day Package (10am - 3pm includes lunch) = $75 (Registration opens at 8am)
Includes 2 Hour Group Lesson, plus Equipment Rental, and All Area Lift Ticket (good for the day).
Available to 1st Timers as well as experienced skiers and riders

If your child already has equipment and a lift ticket: (Group Lesson Ony)
Half Day Lesson only - $28 (same registration time as above)
Full Day Lesson w/Lunch - $53

Lesson Information:

• Only half-day PM lessons are available on Monday – Thursday. On these days, the instructors are booked with school groups in the morning.  *All sessions are available during Christmas break*
• Package includes 2 Hour Group Lesson, plus the equipment and lift ticket (good for the entire day). Private and a la carte group lessons do not include equipment rental or lift tickets.
• All lessons & registration begins at Stewart Lodge Base Area.
• Please arrive at least one hour before your lesson time as equipment fitting, registration, potty breaks, etc., can take a bit of time.
• Children age 2–3 aren’t old enough to join this program, but we will gladly teach them in a private ski lesson.
• Group snowboard lessons aren’t available for children under 7 years old – private snowboard lessons are available for this age group.
• Teach yourself and your children how to load and unload the lifts safely prior to your visit.  Go to www.kidsonlifts.org

Lessons for All Ages and Skill Levels:
Sno Puppies (ages 4-5)
Lessons available Thursday - Sunday.

Kids Klub (ages 6-12)
This is a consecutive three-week program designed to develop skills for kids in progression. Our Teaching Professionals will show your kids how to ski and snowboard in a fun and safe environment. Each session consists of three consecutive Sunday afternoon lessons.

Private Lessons (ages 3 & up)
Private lessons are offered by the hour, and will provide a one-on-one learning experience. Semi private lessons are also available.
