Pass Photos

New photos are required for passholders age 17 and under. Passholders age 18 and up do not require new pass photos. All photos will be taken at the Season Pass/Guest Service office at Stewart Lodge on Terry Peak.

Season Pass Insurance

If you are unable to use your season pass for at least 30 consecutive days during the season due to unforeseen injury or illness, this benefit will reimburse you for the value of your unused pass on a pro-rated basis. Why You Should Insure Your Season Pass

  • No Refunds for unused passes.
  • Emergency and accident insurance included.
  • Homeowner's or other insurance does not provide this coverage.
  • Just like equipment, your pass is an investment worth covering.

Liability Release Form

A Parent or Guardian must sign for those ages 17 and under. Passholders 18 and up can sign for themselves.

Please remember, we need a completed 2007-2008 liability release form for every pass holder before we can issue the pass. Printable Liability Form. Fax the signed form to 605-584-1025.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE - No Exceptions!
  • $10.00 DAY TICKET FEE FOR FORGOTTEN PASS - Identification required.
  • $50.OO REPLACEMENT FEE FOR LOST PASS - Any abuse of this policy may result in suspension of pass.
  • Fraudulent pass users will be prosecuted and result in loss of pass indefinitely.
  • Please allow online orders 48 hrs. to process before picking up your pass at Guest Services.
